Which insurance company networks do you bill through network?
While we file claims for all insurance companies, we are in network with BlueCross / BlueShield, Delta Dental, and Humana.
What payment options do I have?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), as well as CareCredit, checks, and cash.
What are your business hours?
